1 Cup of Flour (I use 1/2 cup self rising flour and 1/2 cup regular flour)
3/4 Cup of Sugar
1 Stick of Butter
Dash of Salt
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking dish with a good layer of fresh strawberries, sliced (and sugared if desired). In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix flour, sugar and salt. (for a more cake-like cobbler, use only 1 cup of self rising flour.) Beat egg until really frothy and slowly pour into the flour/sugar mixture, stirring constantly with a fork until crumbly. Place this over the strawberries, covering completely. Melt the stick of butter in the microwave then pour over the top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. Enjoy with ice cream!
